This morning was filled with location scouting and some test shoots with Jane Moe. We’ll be working on a project together soon.

As many of you know, both my 5 year old son and I have been sick for the last 6 days or so. That hasn’t stopped all of my work, but has slowed me from posting to the blog. Here are some photos from some recent clients.

This has been the week of business portraits at my studio for press kits, press releases, publicity, public relations (PR), websites, etc. I’ve done quite a few this week, including Conrad Venti, Mitch Duafa, the staff of HandsOn Mid-Willamette Valley, and more. Here’s one of Dr. Michael Wynn, neurologist and poet:

HandsOn Mid-Willamette Valley (HandsOn) is the volunteer action center for Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties. Our team provides resources to connect volunteers with meaningful opportunities to deeply impact our tri-county region. HandsOn is a network of over 200 local community partners, providing an online database of unique opportunities and various volunteer programs. HandsOn provides services that help volunteers discover their passion; prepare agencies to recruit, train, and retain volunteers; and businesses to engage their employees in mutually beneficial community involvement.

It’s been cold around here lately (but dry, a trade I’m all for).  So to maybe warm you up:

Please join us for our grand opening, Saturday, December 31st. Swing by anytime from 3pm-8pm at 349 State St., downtown Salem. We will be having nibbles, drinks, music and some giveaways at the new space.

Caleb Hayward, former owner of Havana Salon, and myself, William Bragg, photographer, are opening a new creative workspace.

Caleb’s new salon is called Metricc Salon. Caleb is a Master Stylist and Colorist.

And my new studio is a full-featured and professionally equipped photographic space allowing me to provide the imagery for your advertising, commercial, editorial and portrait needs. I also provide web design and development services.

So please stop by our new space, share some food & drink, listen to a bit of music, maybe win some prizes, receive some giveaways, and wish us luck in our new endeavors.

Hired by the good people (and friends) over at The Governor’s Cup to visually capture some of their doings. They assisted with the ingredients for a new brew with Gilgamesh, and hosted some music last Friday night.
More photos will be showing up on their site soon.

Joseph was awarded the President’s Award for this year’s Something Red. Many of you will recognize Joseph from downtown. I took a quick photo with him and his award. Also, my studio is displaying, Joseph’s, Jennifer Gimzewski’s (another award winner), and Mark Noll’s pieces.

Joseph also gifted me the following for taking the photo:

I’ve been working with Andrea to put together a portfolio for her budding modeling career. She has just received a call from the Talent Coordinator at Sports + Lifestyle Unlimited up in Portland. She’s heading up tomorrow.
